105 You Look Good! Body Confidence 101

If you like your body and you know it clap your hands….well, I didn’t hear as many claps as I would like so today, we are gonna talk about body confidence.  While most of us believe that we need to make physical changes to our body in order to feel more confident, I want to focus today on the mental changes you can make to build your body confidence.  I’m going to give you 5 ways you can feel good about yourself all by doing a few mental shifts and I hope to inspire you to love yours.

104 Out of Control

Today, let’s talk about control.  Its one of those things that we all want and can’t seem to get enough of.  If we could we would control every single aspect of our life and even other people’s life….but we can’t.  As hard as it may be, we have to come to terms with the fact that we can’t control it all…so what are you going to do about it?  That is what we are going to talk about today…how do you respond to not having control in some areas of your life?  I’m going to help you out and give you a few things to consider when battling with control, or the lack there of and I hope to inspire you to…chill out.

103 Everyday Mantras to Say to Yourself

When you wake up in the morning, what do you say to yourself?  When life throws you lemons, what do you say to yourself?  When you’re feeling afraid, feeling angry, worried, unsure…what do you say to yourself?  Believe it or not, you are always talking to yourself.  Your mind is constantly feeding you things…good or bad.  What you tell yourself on a regular basis is the root of how you feel and how you behave.  So today I want to give you a few mantras and even scriptures that I hope you say to yourself daily to ensure that you are feeling good and you’re behaving in a healthy way, and I hope to inspire you to say it loud.

If your life looks anything like mine right now you are trying to stay safe, working from home, entertaining your kids, and managing a whole bunch of distractions.  Or maybe you’re an essential worker spending countless hours working hard outside of the home, just to come home and see that there is more to be done.  Many of you are balancing more hats than you’ve ever had to balance at one time before…so how do you get things done?  Productivity is critical, but it can be hard to achieve right now with everything on your plate.  But today I want to help you be more productive and check off those oh so important things off your to do list.  I’m going to give you a few of my do’s and don’ts when it comes to productivity and I hope to inspire you to get the job done.
