So over this past week I’ve had so many conversations with women from all walks of life.  Though counseling sessions, speaking engagements, emails, and DMs I’ve heard from women from all around the world, literally, and through those conversations I’ve learned one very important secret and that is that most of you have the same feelings.  Woman after woman whom I spoke to expressed the same concerns and they were all rooted in fear, worry, and anxiety.  In today’s episode I want to help you by giving a few pointers on how to handle the anxiety that you may be feeling and inspire you to get out. 

094 I'm Exhausted: How to Bounce Back After Mental Fatigue

I feel like last week was one year long. I don’t know the last time I have experience so many highs and lows in the span of 24 hours. by Wednesday I was tired by Saturday I was exhausted and I just wanted to go in my room, close the door, and never come out. But that’s not how life works. Even when you’re tired you have to keep going, for our sake, for our families sake, for our community’s sake. so in this episode I want to talk about how to bounce back after experiencing mental fatigue and I hope to inspire you to keep going.
