138 Procrastinators Anonymous: How to Break the Procrastination Habit

So which one are you?  Are you a procrastinator?  You know, someone who waits until the last minute to get things done and puts all this stress and pressure on themselves up until the very last second.  Or are you an overachiever who constantly puts pressure on themselves to go above and beyond in every aspect of their life?  Let’s add a third option in here: are you a procrastinating overachiever?  Someone who has ideas for days and puts pressure on themselves, but due to that pressure they procrastinate and wait to get things done because it’s so stressful?  Whew, that’s a lot.  Well if you’re any or all of these, the next two episodes are for you.  Today’s episode, procrastinators anonymous and next week’s episode overachievers anonymous will address these issues.  In todays episode, I want to help you break the unhealthy procrastination cycle.  I know, I know, you think that you do your best work when you procrastinate, but I promise you, there is a better and less stressful way.  We are going to discuss why you procrastinate and how to do things differently and I hope to inspire you to quit waiting.
